About the Firm
Strategic Thinking Grounded in Real-World Transformation
LMB Strategic Advisory Group, LLC was established to help organizations address complex challenges that do not fit neatly within a single discipline.
The firm's approach integrates public health, healthcare operations, organizational readiness, technology, and implementation to help leaders move from complexity to clarity and from strategy to action.

Lusi Martin-Braswell, DrPH, MS, MPH, RDN, LD, CHES®
Founder & Principal
Lusi Martin-Braswell founded LMB Strategic Advisory Group to bring a systems perspective to the complex challenges leaders face when strategy, technology, operations, workforce, and people intersect.
Her doctoral training in public health, combined with more than a decade of leadership across complex healthcare and public health environments, shapes how the firm approaches transformation: understand the whole system, establish clarity around what matters most, and develop practical structures for moving forward.
Her professional experience spans healthcare and public health program leadership, health information technology and EHR modernization, organizational readiness, governance design, health equity programming, and the practical work of moving large initiatives from planning into implementation.
Across these environments, she consistently observed that organizations rarely struggle because they lack ideas. More often, they struggle to understand the full system, make clear strategic choices, prepare people for change, and sustain execution once attention shifts. Our advisory practice was established to help address that gap.
The experience described reflects prior professional and leadership roles and informs the firm's perspective; it does not represent client engagements completed by LMB Strategic Advisory Group. LMB Strategic Advisory Group is currently a founder-led advisory practice.

How We Think About Transformation
Successful transformation requires more than a strong strategy or a new technology. It requires alignment among leadership, governance, operations, workforce, organizational culture, and implementation capacity. We help leaders examine those connections and build approaches that can be acted upon and sustained.
Let's Talk About What's Next.
If your organization is working through a strategic, organizational, or modernization challenge, we would welcome the conversation.
